We should do these things as soon as we leave the bed in the morning:
- Make your bed: Everyone should make there own bed as if you make your bed yourself you will feel like you have accomplished something as its the hardest thing to do to make your brain ready to do some work as you wake up.
- Get hydrated: Drink atleast 750 ml of water. Your body dont get water for more than 6 hours while you sleep so its important that you get yourself hydrated as you wake up.
- Meditate: You can meditate for atleast 2 mins by just focusing on your breathing .
- Physical Activity: You must do some physical activity like you do some workout, morning walk etc. As it will help your brain to release the feel good hormone (endorphins) and it will help you in being cheerful throughout the day.
- Take a cold shower: For relaxing the mind and also several benefits but will talk about that on my next blog.
